Privacy policy

We process personal data of clients, exhibitors, visitors and business partners in line with the EU GDPR, the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and other applicable laws.

Data we collect:

• Contact data you send via our forms: name, company, e-mail, phone, fair name and your message
• Project data: stand type, size, fair dates
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited (server logs)

Purposes and legal bases:

• Answering requests and preparing quotes – pre-contractual measures (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c))
• Performing contracts, invoicing, legal duties – (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b),(c); KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç))
• Site security and improvement – legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f))
• Marketing e-mails and marketing cookies – only with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5(1))

Recipients: hosting, e-mail/CRM and map providers who process data only on our instructions. We never sell personal data.

International transfers: data may be transferred between Türkiye and the EU and to service providers outside them, with safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or, where required, your explicit consent.

Retention: contract and invoicing data 10 years (Turkish commercial and tax law); quote requests without a contract up to 2 years; consent records 3 years after withdrawal.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a supervisory authority (in Germany the state data protection authority, in Türkiye the KVKK Board). Contact: info@euro-messe.com
